Orders and products

  • What do you sell? We focus on reverse osmosis systems, related components, and associated servicing support.
  • Do you provide design support? Yes. Our business includes design, supply and servicing of RO systems. Project scope can vary depending on the application.
  • Can I ask for help choosing a system? Yes. Contact us with the intended use, available space, feed water details, and any installation constraints.

Delivery

  • How long does delivery take? Standard timing is usually 1-3 working days for dispatch and 1-3 working days for delivery after dispatch, unless stated otherwise.
  • Do you deliver outside the UK? Contact us before ordering if you need delivery outside the United Kingdom.
  • What if my parcel is delayed or damaged? Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and, if relevant, photos of the issue.

Returns and cancellations

  • Can I return an item? If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have cancellation rights under UK distance selling rules. Some exceptions may apply.
  • Do I need authorisation before returning goods? Yes. Please contact us first so we can confirm the correct returns process.
  • When will I receive my refund? Once the returned item is received and checked, refunds are usually processed to the original payment method.
