This Returns Policy explains how returns are handled for purchases from WATER INVESTMENTS LIMITED. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Delivery & Returns page.
Your statutory cancellation rights
- If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and then a further 14 days to send the goods back.
- Some items or services may be excluded or treated differently where a legal exception applies, including goods made to a customer’s specification or services started with your agreement.
Our returns process
- Contact us before returning any item so we can confirm the correct return route and reference details.
- Items should be returned unused where possible, complete, and packaged securely.
- You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
Inspection and refunds
- Returned items are checked on receipt.
- Where a refund is due, it is usually made to the original payment method.
- We may reduce the refund where the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
- If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos if available.
- Your rights in relation to faulty goods are provided by law and are not reduced by this policy.
Goodwill returns
- Where we accept returns outside statutory rights, any such acceptance is at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Our current general goodwill returns window is 30 days from delivery for eligible unused stock items, subject to inspection and any exclusions we notify at the time.
