Delivery & Returns

This page explains how we deliver orders, how returns work, and what to expect if you need help after purchase.

Delivery

  • We currently deliver to the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
  • Typical dispatch time: 1-3 working days.
  • Typical delivery time after dispatch: 1-3 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, weather disruption, courier delays, or where extra checks are needed.
  • If an item is made to order, configured to your specification, or supplied as part of a design / service project, delivery times may differ from standard stocked items.

Order updates and delivery issues

  • Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order.
  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if items are missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos where available.
  • If delivery cannot be completed because the address supplied is incorrect or incomplete, re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns and cancellations

  • If you buy online as a consumer, you normally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods, and then a further 14 days to send them back.
  • Returned items should be unused, complete, and packed well enough to avoid damage in transit.
  • Some items may not be eligible for cancellation or may be treated differently where an exception applies under law, for example products made to a customer’s specification or services started with the customer’s agreement.
  • Do not send items back without contacting us first so we can confirm the correct return route and reference details.

Refunds

  • Once a valid return has been received and checked, refunds are usually made back to the original payment method.
  • If you cancel within your statutory consumer cancellation period, the refund position will be handled in line with applicable consumer law.
  • We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
